Raquel Darrian Feature Dance




The holidays have passed and unfortunately I have to say finally! I defy anyone not to feel weighed down physically and mentally tired after an epiphany! At home from my run run was a general, including shopping, visiting relatives and the desire to be a bit 'in the kitchen to prepare the traditional recipes of the period! Let's say I have not been so good this year, in fact I made only one third of the tasty little things I had in mind ... but maybe it's better this way because this way I have already tasted it all and more and I feel that my body is asking for mercy!

We will post any recipe that I made at this time in the coming days, and I already have on file two preparations Uccia amazing lady that you just know! Maybe I could open a book titled "The hands of a fairy lady Uccia ... I'll think about! The idea excites me!

And how are you? Did you have free holidays? To you it seemed that people go crazy in the days immediately before Christmas? It runs from one store to another, you are queues at the checkout, fill up shopping carts with everything edible at the end of the supermarket and you feel nervous and emptied the pockets and minds of all those good feelings that should Animated Christmas ... But enough moralizing, because I for one are not free from this perverse! :-(

The second fish dish that I propose today for lunch I made yesterday after having glanced at the recipe on the site "Petit Chef!" I left the fillets of plaice, which I kept frozen hour out of the refrigerator. I put oil in frying pan and when I was well warmed up lying fish fillets with salt and pepper. I've turned the other side after a few minutes to cook them really fast! When they are cooked I removed them from the pan and kept warm. The sauce that has been created in the pan I added the grated rind of half an orange and its juice filtered and I did shake a bit ', then turn off before I threw in the pot one teaspoon of flour, stirring well so it would create a nice creamy sauce. I finally covering Serve fillets with warm orange cream. The flavor of delicate flounder goes well with the sweet aroma of orange and makes it more interesting ... try it!
