Velagustate The sixth edition of the event that combines a sailing regatta with a cooking contest, organized by the Sailing Club Fiumicino, was awarded with a beautiful sunny day and a good wind. The coastal route from Fiumicino to Ostia and back about 8 miles has been accompanied by a wind between 6 and 8 knots from the south at the start and then halfway through he turned to the southwest. Among the 26 participating boats took the skipper's head that have adopted the best tactic to shore, where he gave good. Molto combattuta è la gara di cucina a bordo. I cuochi hanno avuto mezzora prima della partenza per preparare la pietanza che poi hanno cucinato durante la regata. All’arrivo sono stati traghettati con un gommone che li ha sbarcati unitamente al piatto cucinato al circolo dove c’era la giuria culinaria. I cuochi si sono cimentati in ricette per lo più elaborate alle quali hanno dato dei nomi altisonanti.
La giuria formata dall’Accademia della Cucina Italiana, sezione EUR, ha ritenuto i piatti di livello molto elevato, stilando una classifica complessiva di tutti i partecipanti. I primi piazzati sono stati:

All 26 crew of the boats participants wearing T-shirts provided by AGRIX , Technology & Architecture (200 people) gathered at Fiumicino Sailing Club for a pasta party given by the club and a wine tasting offered by the sponsor Enotecastroni, and have tasted the dishes cooked on board by the other crews. Feedback of the participants who found the day fun and intense.
